《南水北调工程供用水管理条例》近日经国务院第37次常务会议通过并公布施行。《条例》共七章56条,包括总则、水量调度、水质保障、用水管理、工程设施管理和保护、法律责任以及附则等。《条例》明确,南水北调工程的供用水管理遵循先节水后调水、先治污后通水、先环保后用水的原则,坚持全程管理、统筹兼顾、权责明晰、严格保护,确保调度合理、水质合格、用水节约、设施安全。国务院水行政主管部门负责南水北调工程的
The Regulations on Water Supply and Utilization in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project was approved and promulgated by the 37th executive meeting of the State Council recently. The Regulations consists of seven chapters and 56 chapters, including General Provisions, Water Regulation, Water Quality Assurance, Water Management, Management and Protection of Engineering Facilities, Legal Liability and By-laws.
