叠加式“教法:是把投掷技术的关键环节——最后用力动作做为教学的起点,用完整的教学形式进行教学,在掌握最后用力的动作的基础上,按技术过程叠加下一个动作,叠加动作必须和最后用力动作相结合进行练习,直至完成整个技术的一种新的教学方法。 一、问题的提出 投掷是田径运动中技术较为复杂的项目,是体育院系田径教学的重点课程之一。我们现行的投掷教学法基本上是以体育院系《田径》教材为篮本,结合具体条件进行的。自六十年代初我国第一本通用《田径》教材问世以来,直到一九八三年第三次修订版,投掷课的教法一直沿袭将握持器械、预备姿势、助跑、最后用力和缓冲等技术环节分解教学,然后将各个已掌握的部分组合成完整的技术,并加以改进提高的方法(见表1)。
