加筋壁板具有刚度好、重量轻、强度高的优点,现代大型飞机机翼壁板均采用这种结构形式。目前,机翼上壁板设计尚没有完备的方法,在较大程度上依靠试验和经验的分析技术,主要按稳定性设计。本文对机翼上壁板强度设计进行了系统性的研究,通过在设计技术上的提升和突破,掌握了现代飞机机翼上壁板在设计、分析、试验中的关键技术。
Reinforced siding has the advantages of good rigidity, light weight and high strength. The structure of the modern large aircraft wing siding is adopted. At present, the wing upper wall design is not yet complete method, to a large extent rely on experimental and empirical analysis of technology, mainly by the stability of the design. This paper systematically studies the strength design of the upper wing of the wing, and grasps the key technologies in the design, analysis and test of the upper wing of the modern aircraft wing through the improvement and breakthrough in the design technology.
