价格听证是兴起于西方国家的一种价格制定制度。我国的价格听证始于 2 0世纪 90年代 ,目前 ,我国几乎所有的省会城市都举行了价格听证会。价格听证带来了经济民主化的新视角 ,经济生活的民主化必然促进政治生活的民主化。经济民主为政治民主提供了重要的启示 :( 1)为政治民主的发展找到了一个支撑点 ,提供了一个突破口 ;( 2 )为政治学研究提供了新问题、新内容、新领域 ;( 3)经济民主化要求政治民主化同步发展 ;( 4 )必须建立和完善民主决策和公共选择的制度机制 ;( 5 )价格听证将人文关怀引进中国政治舞台 ,使社会弱势群体的经济权利和民主权利得到保障。
