目的探讨静脉滴注丙种球蛋白配合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法用定期随访的方法观察毛细支气管炎3 a后反复发生喘息及哮喘的情况。结果丙种球蛋白组较常规治疗组喘息反复发作及哮喘的发生率明显降低(P<0.005)。结论静脉滴注丙种球蛋白可以有效减少毛细支气管炎后喘息反复发作及哮喘的发生。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of intravenous gamma globulin combined with inhalation of budesonide on bronchiolitis. Methods Regular follow-up was used to observe wheezing and asthma recurred after 3 years of bronchiolitis. Results The incidence of recurrent wheezing and asthma in the gamma globulin group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group (P <0.005). Conclusion Intravenous infusion of gamma globulin can effectively reduce the occurrence of recurrent wheezing and asthma after bronchiolitis.
