新课标要求教师以学生为中心,在帮助学生掌握英语基础知识与学习技能的同时,也要注重开发学生思维能力与创造能力,促进学生全面发展。因此,教师应充分考虑学生的个性特点,深入挖掘教材,在英语课堂中实践有利于学生学习的教学模式,提高学生的英语水平。而生动巧妙的语境设置可以有效调动学生的学习动机,加深学生对文本内容的理解,活跃英语课堂氛围。本文从结合教学实践,对初中英语教学中的语境设置策略展开分析,以供读者借鉴。
The new curriculum requires teachers to students as the center, to help students master the basic knowledge of English and learning skills, but also pay attention to the development of students thinking ability and creativity, and promote the all-round development of students. Therefore, teachers should give full consideration to the personality characteristics of students, excavate teaching materials in depth, practice teaching modes conducive to students’ learning in English classrooms, and improve their English proficiency. The vivid and ingenious context settings can effectively mobilize the students’ motivation to learn, deepen their understanding of the textual content, and stimulate the atmosphere of the English classroom. Based on the teaching practice, this article analyzes the strategy of setting context in junior high school English teaching for reference.
