维修业特别是民航维修业的经营和生产管理以工时为基础,而维修工作的复杂性和变动性,对工时采集的准确性、精细性造成了严重的影响。本文具体分析了民航维修工作自身的特点,以及维修工作过程中工时采集的方式,并总结规律提出软件开发方案,对不断完善工时采集的体系性和精确性是非常重要的。
The maintenance industry, especially the civil aviation maintenance industry, operates and manages production on a man-hour basis. The complexity and variability of maintenance work have a serious impact on the accuracy and sophistication of man-hour acquisition. This paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of civil aviation maintenance work and the ways of collecting working hours in maintenance work, and puts forward the software development plan in accordance with the law. It is very important to improve the systematicness and accuracy of time collection.
