中央民族歌舞团艺术培训学校前身是中央民族歌舞团艺术培训中心,成立于1995年,后更名为中央民族歌舞团艺术培训学校,坐落于北京市海淀区中关村南大街21号。艺术培训学校对于中央民族歌舞团事业发展及人才队伍建设具有十分重要的作用。一是中央民族歌舞团人才资源的宝库,及时为本团的事业发展培养、输送优秀人才;二是消解团内闲置人员,为退居二线的专业人才提供施展才能的空间;三是为社会特别是为民族地区培养、培训业务骨干。
