1.故障现象1台配置康明斯NT855型柴油机的D85型推土机在施工中正常停机休息2h,之后再次准备施工时,柴油机无法启动。据操作人员描述,此前该推土机柴油机工作并无异常。2.故障原因NT855型柴油机采用PT燃油供给系统,其由主油箱、浮子油箱、滤油器、PT泵、喷油器,以及高、低压管路等组成,如图1所示。分析该柴油机无法启动的原因主要有以下6个方面:一是主油箱油量不足,二是PT泵不供油,
