人工髋关节置换术应用于关节功能可重建和改善患者的生活质量,但产生的并发症严重影响手术后的功能恢复,假体的无菌性松动是人工髋关节术后失败的主要原因之一。核因子κB 受体活化因子(RANK)-PANK配体(RANKL)-骨保护素(OPG)系统,白细胞介素1、肿瘤坏死因子等炎性因子,破骨细胞与成骨细胞等都是影响人工髋关节置换术后假体无菌性松动的重要生物学因素。中药对RANK-RANKL-OPG系统、炎性因子、破骨细胞与成骨细胞增殖具有一定的影响,但目前对中药中提取物的研究不够深入,需要进一步通过分子生物学研究来验证。“,”Total hip arthroplasty application in joint function can reconstruct and improve the quality of life of patients,however, serious complications may affect the functional recovery after surgery,and aseptic loosening of the prosthesis is one of the major reasons for hip surgery failure .RANKL/RANK/OPG system, IL-1,TNF inflammatory cytokine production, osteoclasts and osteoblasts are important biological factors for hip replacement surgery aseptic loosening.Chinese medicine has a certain impact on RANK/RANKL/OPG system,inflammatory cytokines,osteoclasts and osteoblast proliferation,but the study of traditional Chinese medicine extracts is not deep enough,and further molecular biological study is needed for verification .
