国务院1981年58号文(第3号指令)明确规定小客车设计油耗百公里不超过12L。为此,上海拖拉机汽车公司于1981年6月召开了SH760A上海牌轿车节油工作会议,明确要求攻关组要在1982年底前使城市使用油耗从实际使用约13—13.5L/100km降低到12L/100km以下。在1981年底按着各节油项目要求进行了总装车,并做了节油综合效果道路试验验证工作,取得了显著的节油效果。上海牌小轿车680Q型发动机台架外特性试验结果以及综合道路实验结果分别列于表1和表2。
State Council No. 58 of 1981 (No. 3) clearly stipulates that the passenger car design fuel consumption of 100 km does not exceed 12L. To this end, Shanghai Tractor Motor Co., Ltd. held the SH760A Shanghai Car Salon Fuel Saving Work Conference in June 1981, explicitly asking the research team to reduce the fuel consumption of urban use by about 13-13.5L / 100km to 12L / 100km the following. In the end of 1981, according to the requirements of various fuel-saving projects, the total load was carried out, and the road test of fuel efficiency integrated effect was done. Significant fuel economy was achieved. Shanghai Coupe 680Q engine bench test results and comprehensive road test results are listed in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively.
