作为校长,我坚信这样的理念:管理的过程就是做人的过程,是自我修炼的过程;校长不是职务,而是一种职业,是引领师生走向成功的促进者。作为学校的引导者、管理者和集体的组织者,要以先进思想为指导,与时俱进,提升教育理念,善于学习,捕捉教育发展的新信息,要有一个明确的办学思路,要创新,有特色,不守旧,不盲从,切实加强学校管理,办上级放心、人民满意的学校,实现学校的可持续发展与和谐发展。
