高职专业建设依据常规模式注重开发对接产业链的专业群,提高高校资源价值。校企合作是高职专业建设的重头戏,其中企业订单班学制、学分制定、企业兼职教师考核管理模式会影响人才培养的质量。选择对口企业建立校外实训基地可以降低用人企业人力成本,是一种实现双赢的校企合作方式。校企共建教师团队包括制度化的专任教师企业实践考核、新教师入行和老教师转型。校企合编教材强调操作的专业教材更能贴近企业实际,利于形成特色教材体系,利于专业发展。
According to the conventional mode, the construction of higher vocational education pays attention to the development of the professional group of docking industrial chain and the improvement of the value of college resources. The cooperation between school and enterprise is the highlight of the construction of higher vocational education. Among them, the order-based business class, credit-making and enterprise part-time teacher assessment management mode will affect the quality of personnel training. The choice of counterparts to establish off-campus training base can reduce the labor costs of employing enterprises, is a win-win school-enterprise cooperation. The school-enterprise team to build teachers, including institutionalized full-time teachers, business practice assessment, the introduction of new teachers and the transformation of the old teacher. School-enterprise co-edited teaching materials emphasize the operation of the professional textbooks closer to the actual business, which will help to form a characteristic textbook system conducive to professional development.
