职工食堂的卫生直接关系到职工的身体健康。早在五十年代,卫生部和中华全国总工会就发布了《食堂卫生管理暂行办法》。六十年代,商业部和卫生部又颁发了饮食卫生“五·四”制,对加强食堂的卫生管理,保护职工的身体健康起到了积极作用。但是,近年来,卫生问题较多,甚至食物中毒也不乏见。一九八八年至一九八九年四川省内江市对市属单位的175个职工食堂进行了全面检查整顿,并对验收合格的155个食堂发放了食品卫生许可证。经调查,
Health of staff canteens is directly related to the health of workers. As early as the fifties, the Ministry of Health and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions released the Interim Measures for the Management of Canteen Health. In the 1960s, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Health issued the “5.4” system of food hygiene. This played a positive role in strengthening the health management of the canteen and protecting the health of workers. However, in recent years, there have been more health problems and even food poisoning. From 1988 to 1989, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province conducted a comprehensive inspection and rectification of 175 canteens of municipal units and granted food hygiene permits to 155 canteens that passed the inspection.
