在跨国并购构成了经济全球化的基本内容之一,反映着国际生产力发展。在全球化和国家产业安全博弈的背景下,我们既不应该简单排斥外资并购我国骨干装备制造企业,也不能一味鼓励外资并购,而应针对外资并购中存在的具体问题,采取切实的以确立明确的并购目标、清晰的产权制度、引进合格的并购投资者、政策法律健全为前提的应对策略,促进我国装备制造业进步和骨干企业发展。
