随着社会和经济的快速发展,我国人事干部管理制度改革得以不断深入,人事档案的管理模式也在不断完善和优化。特别是信息化技术的广泛应用,我国企业、单位和公司也都加快了人事档案信息化建设的进程,有效的提高人事档案管理的水平。文中对人事档案信息化建设的必要性进行了分析,并进一步对人事档案信息化建设的主要内容进行了具体的阐述。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the reform of personnel management system in our country has been continuously deepened. The management mode of personnel files has also been continuously improved and optimized. In particular, the extensive application of information technology, our enterprises, units and companies have also accelerated the process of information construction of personnel files and effectively raised the level of personnel files management. The paper analyzes the necessity of information construction of personnel files and further elaborates the main contents of information construction of personnel files.
