情况判决是行政诉讼判决中一种特殊的判决方式。我国现行行政诉讼司法解释中确立了情况判决制度,但目前还存在一定的问题,因此需要进一步的完善。
Judgment of circumstances is a kind of special judgments in judgments of administrative litigation. The judicial review of administrative litigation in our country established the system of case judgment, but at present there are still some problems, so we need further improvement.
