近年来,长子县农机局以“三个代表”重要思想为行动指南,与时俱进,创新工作思路,积极开展“农机安全村”创建活动,开创了农机安全监理新局面。特别是宋村乡西郭、东郭等安全示范村,车辆挂牌率、驾驶员持证率、检审验率均达100%,重大事故发生率为零。被省局评为先进单位。无规矩不成方圆,“农机安全村”创建活动的健康持续发展同样需要严格的运转机制作保障,才能避免停滞不前,虎头蛇尾的现象。为此,该局建立了如下长效机制:
