目的探索应用新型血管造影剂氧化铋与新载体聚乙烯醇水溶胶,配制为管道填充剂对人体血管进行灌注,经CT扫描后进行血管3D可视化研究。方法 1.以1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0g氧化铋分别与10%的聚乙烯醇水溶胶10ml配制成填充材料,做成10ml注射器棒状铸件CT扫描,筛选最佳氧化铋浓度;2.采用最佳氧化铋浓度填充剂进行新鲜尸体血管灌注,X线摄影,CT扫描,Mimics10.01或3d-Doctor软件进行血管三维重建。结果以最佳浓度0.25g/ml氧化铋-聚乙烯醇填充剂灌注的血管标本,X线摄影下标本动脉血管显影清晰,细小血管也充分显示;CT连续扫描断面图像血管显影均匀,三维重建所得图像清晰,管道饱满,边缘连续平滑,无齿状伪影。结论聚乙烯醇-氧化铋填充剂是一种理想的适用于人体血管3D可视化研究的新型材料。
Objective To explore the application of a new angiogenic contrast agent bismuth oxide and a new carrier polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol to prepare human vascular perfusion by pipeline filler. 3D visualization of blood vessels was performed after CT scanning. Method 1. Prepare the filling material with 10ml of 1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0g bismuth oxide and 10% polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol respectively to make 10ml syringe bar casting CT scanning to screen the best concentration of bismuth oxide; Good bismuth oxide concentration fillers for fresh cadaveric vascular perfusion, X-ray photography, CT scan, Mimics10.01 or 3d-Doctor software three-dimensional reconstruction of blood vessels. Results The blood vessels perfusing with 0.25g / ml bismuth oxide-polyvinyl alcohol filler were the best. The arterial blood vessels of the specimens under X-ray photography were well developed and the fine blood vessels were also fully displayed. The images of the continuous scanning CT images were uniform and the three- Clear image, full plumbing, continuous, smooth edges and no toothed artifacts. Conclusion Polyvinyl alcohol - bismuth oxide filler is an ideal new material suitable for 3D visualization of human blood vessels.
