近些年来,随着我国社会经济以及城市化发展速度的不断加快,建筑行业也取得了很大的发展,无论在数量上还是在规模上都取得了很大的进步与提升。人们对于建设过程当中对于工程的质量要求以及安全控制都有了更好的要求,而建设工程的有效管理离不开良好的监理工作,建设工程的监理工作对于整个工程的管理质量有着至关重要的影响。鉴于此,本文先对建筑工程监理与工程项目管理进行了简要的概述,然后分析了监理工作的特征以及监理工作在建设工程中的具体应用。
