目的:研究用膜分离技术富集六味地黄糖类成分的工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以总糖含量为评价指标,以温度、压力、药液浓度为考察因素优选最佳制备工艺。结果:最佳工艺为压力0.5MPa、温度45℃,药液浓度的影响微小。采用膜分离技术富集后,六味地黄提取物收率由20%降低至16%左右,总糖含量由40%提高到60%以上。结论:该工艺操作方便、实用可行,能有效富集多糖等活性成分。
Objective: To study the process of enriching Liuwei Rehmannia saccharides with membrane separation technology. Methods: Orthogonal test method was adopted. The total sugar content was used as the evaluation index, and the optimal preparation process was optimized with the temperature, pressure, and liquid concentration as the investigation factors. Results: The optimum process pressure 0.5MPa, temperature 45 °C, the impact of the liquid concentration is small. After being enriched with membrane separation technology, the yield of the extract of Rehmannia glutinosa decreased from 20% to about 16%, and the total sugar content increased from 40% to more than 60%. Conclusion: The process is easy to operate, practical and feasible, and can effectively enrich polysaccharides and other active ingredients.
