中国联通四川分公司开通运行的“新纪网”,是目前国内最大的软交换商用试验网络,其通过单线接入,为用户提供话音、数据、视频等综合业务,充分体现了作为下一代网络不可比拟的服务和竞争优势。她的建成运营充分体现了四川联通以“差异化”取胜的企业文化和企业整体战略。本文介绍了软交换技术的现状与“新纪网”的建设背景,着重阐述了“新纪网”的网络架构、特点以及业务提供情况。最后指出了NGN运营目前所存在和需要解决的问题。
