研究了在PBS缓冲介质中,一种检测癌胚抗原的新型免标记电化学免疫传感器的制备及应用,石墨烯与甲苯胺蓝复合物饰于玻碳电极表面,通过循环伏安法对修饰的电极进行表征。基于以[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-为氧化还原探针,癌胚抗原抗体反应引起[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-探针的电流响应的变化,来实现癌胚抗原的检测,癌胚抗原的浓度在0.3~10.0 ng/mL范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Δi=-1.926ρ+0.413,相关系数为0.9903,检测限为0.1 ng/mL,该传感器具有良好的重现性、选择性和稳定性,用于人血清样品的测定获得满意结果。
