新型农村社会养老保险是在我国农村实行的一项重要的养老保险制度,也是农村社会保障体系建设不断推进完善的重要环节和步骤。研究新农村养老保险金具体发放的实际情况,不仅能够考量政策落实的效果,也是进一步总结经验完善政策的基础。S省某村是我国新农村养老保险金重要的试点地区,本文通过问卷调查与结构访谈的方法,对该村60岁及以上老年人进行了实证调查,了解到新农村养老金具体发放的现状,并结合社会学的基本理论,从学理的角度对其较为深入地解读和分析,发现了其中存在的问题,并在此基础上对进一步完善新农村养老保险金相关政策的规定提出了相应的建议。
The new rural social endowment insurance is an important old-age insurance system that is practiced in the rural areas of our country. It is also an important step and step in the continuous development and improvement of the social security system in rural areas.
