高校图书馆开展评估工作的过程,是宣传、贯彻、落实《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的过程,是进一步对《规程》进行充实和具体化的过程,这已成为高校图书馆界的共识。当前,有的省已进行了首次评估工作,有更多的省、市正在开展评估工作的研究、准备,并已制定了评估指标体系和实施方案。本文拟就开展省辖市范围内各高校馆的互评工作谈一点个人浅见。(一)互评是自评与全省评估之间的重要环
