《医疗用毒性药品管理办法》和《精神药品管理办法》,已经国务院第二十五次常务会议通过,由李鹏总理于12月27日签令发布施行。
The “Measures for the Administration of Toxic Drugs for Medical Use” and the “Administrative Measures for Psychotropic Substances” have been passed at the 25th executive meeting of the State Council and were signed and issued by Premier Li Peng on December 27.
