男,8 1/2岁。因反复抽搐、精神障碍6个月,双目失明半月入院。患儿于1989年6月28日哭吵后第一次出现手足搐搦,持续约5分钟,痉自止。抽痉时神清,每天发作2～3次,多在晚上或情绪激动后出现。同年8月来先后发生2次癫痫样大发作,此后伴明显精神症状:发呆、狂躁不安、幻听,胡言乱语,骂人,打人,计算能力、记忆力逐渐减退,入院前半月双目失明,经多次诊治,拟诊为癫痫型精神障
