当前,我国基础教育师资培养中存在着理论与实践脱节、教师职业适应性差等问题,探索新型人才培养模式成为一项紧要课题。加强大学与中小学、幼儿园之间平等、合作、多赢的U-S合作关系,实行艺友制,构建促进教师教育专业学生专业化发展的“教学做”模式,创新优化教师教育实践教学体系,完善教师教育实践教学培养机制,是培养基础教育新型师资的可行性途径。
