桂附地黄口服液系桂附地黄丸的剂型改造。桂附地黄丸收载于《中国药典》1985年版一部,具有温补肾阳的功效。临床主要用于肾阳不足,腰膝酸冷,肢体浮肿,小便不利或反多,痰饮喘咳,消渴病症。本实验对口服液和丸剂进行了药理研究。结果表明,桂附地黄口服液和丸剂在500mg/kg/日(相当生药量)用量时能明显对抗醋酸可的松所致的大鼠体重、脾脏、肾上腺重量及血浆皮质酮含量降低;两剂型用量5g/kg/日(生药量)时能明显增强小鼠
