随着信息时代的来临,医院在档案管理时普遍采用了信息化的管理方式,进入了档案管理的新时期。然而,在新时期中医院的档案管理仍然存在一些的问题,这些问题既体现在管理模式上,也体现在管理技术和管理者的素质上,这给医院档案管理工作效率的提升带来了明显的阻碍,因此有必要通过总结分析,找到科学的解决策略,为新时期医院档案管理工作开辟出新鲜的途径。本文即以此为出发点,对新时期医院档案管理工作提出了一些实用性的建议,希望对医院的档案管理工作有所启发。
With the advent of the information age, the hospital has generally adopted the information management method in the file management and entered the new era of file management. However, there are still some problems in the file management of the hospital in the new period.
