山洪是山区常见的洪涝灾害,山洪发生时洪水流速快、历时短、暴涨暴落、破坏力强,往往携带大量泥沙,黄山市休宁县是山洪频发地区。本文介绍休宁县在应对小源河特大山洪灾害时采取的应急防御措施和取得的成效,归纳了此次抗洪救灾工作取得成功的经验,提出了今后需要努力提高的几个方面。
Mountain torrent is a common flood disaster in mountainous areas. When a mountain torrent flood occurs, the flood velocity is fast, it lasted for a short time, soaring and destructive, destructive, and often carrying a large amount of sediment. The Xiuning County of Huangshan City is a frequent flash flood area. This article introduces the emergency defense measures and achievements made by Xiuning County in response to the huge flood disaster on Xiaoyuan River. It summarizes the successful experience of the flood relief work and puts forward several aspects that need to be improved in the future.
