研究了由喷射共沉积法制备的15vol%SiCp/LY12复合材料在强电场中进行超塑性变形时的最佳温度—速度—场强条件。结果表明,在最佳的工艺参数(773K-3.3×10-4s-1-2kV/cm)条件下,15vol%SiCp/LY12复合材料超塑性变形时的最大延伸率为420%。方差分析结果证实了场强(E)是在强电场中超塑性变形时的一个重要工艺参数。
The optimum temperature-velocity-field conditions for superplastic deformation of 15vol% SiCp / LY12 composites prepared by spray co-deposition method were investigated in a strong electric field. The results show that the maximum elongation of 15vol% SiCp / LY12 composites under superplastic deformation is 420% under the optimum process parameters of 773K-3.3 × 10-4s-1-2kV / cm. Variance analysis confirmed that field strength (E) is an important process parameter in superplastic deformation in a strong electric field.
