我是上海交通大学附属中学的一名普通的体育老师,最大的快乐就是看到我的学生在课堂里、在绿茵场上绽放青春活力的光彩。对于体育、对于教育,我都用“最优秀”来要求自己。为党为学生立德树人2008年7月,我被选中担任学校内地新疆班的班主任。我知道,这不仅仅是管理照顾好一个班的学生,更是一项艰巨的政治任务。这一做,就是四年。为了更多地了解学生、贴近学生,我经常与学生一起活动、一起畅谈,了解他们的生活、学习情况,和他们探讨人生理想和未来,因此在家长、学生中有了一定的威信。在这四年时间里,我很少能按时下班。只要有学生遇到生活或学习上的烦恼找我倾诉,无论聊到多晚我都乐意陪着他们。耐心地开导和鼓励学生,并时常和家长保持
I am an ordinary PE teacher attached to a secondary school in Shanghai Jiaotong University. The greatest joy is to see my students blooming their youthful vitality on the pitch in the classroom. For sports, for education, I use “best” to ask myself. For the party for the students Lideshu July 2008, I was selected as the school teacher in Xinjiang classes.
