知识经济的到来,世界经济格局的变化,企业管理以财务管理为核心已成为各方面人士的共识。之所以说财务管理是企业管理的核心,是因为它是对企业资金运动和价值形态的管理,并通过对价值形态的管理实现对企业实物的管理。市场经济的实践证明“企业管理以财务管理为中心,财务管理以资金管理为中心”的正确性,在企业发展中要真正确立以财务管理为中心,提高企业竞争力。 一、建立健全以财务管理为核心的管理体系。企业的各项管理(如生产管理、质量管理等)都要服务和服从于经营需要,有利于改善和提高工作效率及经济效益,不能搞形式主义,更不能各自为政。它们之间应以财务管理为核心,相互配套,相互补充。相互协调和相互衔接,单项管理制度或方法的改变要统筹考虑其对整个管理体系的影响。
