利用新引进的 6个玉米自交系 ,按 Griffing完全双列杂交方法 4组配成 1 5个杂交组合进行试验研究 ,并对主要数量性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力、配合力总效应以及各自交系的特殊配合力方差和一般配合力方差进行了估算和分析。结果表明 :自交系 980 3、980 8、981 0的综合性状较优 ,可作为优良自交系直接利用 ;自交系 981 5综合性状较差 ,需改良后方可利用 ;自交系 980 6、981 4的个别性状较优 ,在育种中可根据育种目标选择利用。
Using the newly introduced 6 inbred lines of maize, 15 pairs of crosses were made by Griffing complete diallel cross hybridization method. The effects of general combining ability, special combining ability, total combining ability, The variance of the special combining ability and the variance of the general combining ability of each inbred line were estimated and analyzed. The results showed that the inbred lines 980 3,980 8,981 0 had better comprehensive characters and could be directly used as elite inbred lines. The inbred lines 981 5 had poorer comprehensive characters and could be used after being improved. Inbred lines 980 6 , 981 4 better individual traits, breeding breeding purposes can choose to use.
