近最佳工作点运行不仅能保证泵的正常工作,还能促进节能。分析了离心泵偏离最佳工况点运行的原因及带来的负面影响,讨论了泵偏离最佳工况点运行的实际解决方法,实现了保持泵的工况点在高效区内运行。
Operating near the best operating point not only guarantees the normal operation of the pump, but also promotes energy saving. The causes and the negative effects of the centrifugal pump operating at the optimal operating point were analyzed. The actual solutions of the pump running away from the optimum operating conditions were discussed, and the operating conditions of the pump kept running in the high efficiency zone.
