劳资关系矛盾是市场经济的固有矛盾,而美国是典型的资本主义市场经济国家,有关劳动争议的事件便成为人们关注的焦点之一。我国目前正处于市场经济的高速发展时期,各种矛盾日益凸显,成为继续发展的瓶颈。本文通过对NBA“停摆”事件的分析,介绍美国劳动争议的处理方式和处理机制,以期能从美国的劳动争议的处理模式中得到启示。
