This article studies the effect of exercise on the scar formation in patients with myocardial infarction that has not yet been healed. Methods: Twenty-two Sprague-Davi-ley rats, weighing 350-450 g, underwent thoracotomy for the left coronary artery between the pulmonary artery outflow tract and the left atrium.
