回顾2015年,为有效维护网络空间安全,保障关键信息基础设施,规制跨境数据流动,保护用户隐私,打击网络犯罪,各国举措频出。我国在加快高速宽带网络建设,实施“互联网+”行动,全面推动互联网与各领域的深度融合,大力促进信息经济创新发展的同时,为保障网络空间安全、塑造清朗的网络空间也做出积极努力。本期特别策划栏目,分国际事件篇、国内事件篇、安全威胁篇、情报态势篇和立法篇,盘点2015年网络安全态势,借此从不同角度和层面,引发人们对信息安全的思考和关注。
