阐述了汽车运输露天矿内部规律性,提出适合汽车运输露天矿的模拟方法,建立了定铲配车条件下以最短路径和最优货流方案为重车调度依据,以汽车与挖掘机的从属关系为空车调度依据的卡车调度模型,具有广泛的适用性和实用性。模拟模型能够准确可靠地模拟汽车运输露天矿的生产系统,分析现实系统存在的问题,并提出改进方案。通过对霍林河露天矿的实例研究,加强了该矿的卡车调度管理,理顺了采、运、排环节的关系。
The internal regularity of the automobile transportation open-pit mine is expounded, and the simulation method for the open pit of the automobile transportation is put forward. Based on the shortest route and the optimal cargo flow plan, The relationship between empty truck scheduling based on the truck scheduling model, with a wide range of applicability and practicality. The simulation model can accurately and reliably simulate the production system of the automobile transport open-pit mine, analyze the problems existing in the real system, and propose the improvement scheme. Through the case study of Huolinhe opencast mine, the management of the truck scheduling of the mine was strengthened, and the relationship between mining, transportation and rowing was straightened out.
