“步不稳则拳乱”。基本步型的稳固扎实在武术练习中是非常重要的,训练不到,足下无根容易出现重心不稳、技术变形等情况。初学者在练习时,常感步子站不稳,停不住,做弓、马、仆、虚、歇等步型时,身体常会失去平衡,影响了技术水平的发挥。怎样才能即规范又稳固呢?自己通过多年来对少儿武术套路运动员的步型训练,结合自己教学与训练实践中的一些体会,谈谈少儿武术长拳类基本步型的训练。
