松筠，字湘浦，一作湘圃，玛拉特氏，蒙古正蓝旗人。乾隆十七年（1752）生，道光十五年（1835）年卒，享年83岁①。溢文清。人伊犁名宦调。松筠历仕乾隆、嘉庆、道光三朝，内任军机大臣及各部尚书，外持节东北、内外蒙古、新疆、西藏诸边庭，总督陕甘、湖广、两江、直隶等腹地
