工程造价全过程管理是指为了保证工程项目建设的投资效益,对工程从设计、施工、合同实施等的过程中的工程造价进行分析与研究,这样才能够保证工程造价的有效性与合理性。本文主要从建设项目决策阶段时的造价管理问题分析和设计阶段的工程造价管理与控制两方面,对如何控制和管理建筑工程的工程造价做一下系统的阐述分析。
