高师钢琴教学的特点及培养方向决定了教师在教学的过程中,既要在规定课程内完成教学任务,也要保证每堂课的教学效率,确保学生在钢琴学习中的全面发展。然而传统的钢琴教学方式已经显露出弊端,短暂的教学时间限制了教师的教学自由度,降低了教学效率与工作热情。交叉教学的授课模式有效避免了这样的弊端。文章针对高师钢琴教学中交叉教学授课模式的设想及应用,提出交叉教学的授课模式有利于提升学生的学习效率和热情,也有利于提升教师的教学效率与综合教学能力,对于高师教学模式的探索与发展具有多元化的参考意义,也体现出音乐教育中“以人为本”的内涵,这是推动教学改革及学生音乐素质教育深入发展的选择。
The characteristics and training direction of piano teaching in normal colleges determine that teachers should complete their teaching tasks within the stipulated curriculum, and also ensure the teaching efficiency of each lesson so as to ensure the students’ all-round development in piano learning. However, the traditional teaching method of piano has revealed its drawbacks. Short teaching time limits the teaching freedom of teachers and reduces the teaching efficiency and enthusiasm. Cross-teaching teaching effectively avoid such drawbacks. The article aims at the assumption and application of the cross-teaching teaching mode in the piano teaching of normal colleges and universities, and proposes that the teaching mode of cross-teaching is conducive to enhancing students ’learning efficiency and enthusiasm, as well as enhancing teachers’ teaching efficiency and comprehensive teaching ability. It also has the meaning of diversified reference to development and the connotation of “people-oriented” in music education. This is the choice to promote the reform of teaching and the development of student’s music quality education.
