为减小试验误差,优化了粘胶中含硫量的测试方法。探讨了双氧水加入量、自然氧化时间、煮沸时间等因素的影响。结果表明,测试最佳条件为:双氧水加入量10 mL、自然氧化时间10 min、煮沸时间5 min。同一批次样品测试10次结果显示:粘胶中的含硫量最大值为2.310%、最小值为2.296%、平均值为2.300%、RSD值为0.18%。此方法适用于粘胶纤维生产企业在粘胶生产过程中对含硫量的测试。
In order to reduce the test error, the test method of sulfur content in viscose is optimized. The effects of such factors as the amount of hydrogen peroxide added, the natural oxidation time and the boiling time were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the test were as follows: the amount of hydrogen peroxide added was 10 mL, the natural oxidation time was 10 min, and the boiling time was 5 min. The same batch of samples tested 10 times the results showed that: viscose sulfur content of 2.310% maximum, minimum 2.296%, with an average of 2.300%, RSD value of 0.18%. This method is suitable for viscose fiber production enterprises in the viscose production process of sulfur content of the test.
