进入21世纪,“知识经济”“全球化”“信息化”“网络化”“数字化时代”“学习型社会”“终身教育”等一连串字眼,预示着社会的飞速发展变化,同时也意味社会价值观念的多元化及道德的冲突。这对我们教育工作者来说,是一个重要的课题。自己虽然从事职业教育时间不长,但在实践中坚持以德育为首,多途径强化职业道德教育,与学生交朋友,给学生关爱,是笔者在教学实践中坚持的一项重要原则。
