为检验2BMFJ-3型麦茬地免耕覆秸精密播种机在大面积作业条件下的作业质量、适应性及可靠性等指标,对其进行了田间生产考核试验。结果表明:该机能够有效解决秸秆堵塞问题,创造良好的种床环境。大面积作业条件下,粒距均匀性指标达到了国家优等品标准,播深合格率达到了国家一等品标准。种肥间距合格率高于92%,播后地表秸秆覆盖率达98%以上,且无晾籽现象,田间出苗率达90%以上。机具能一次性地顺利完成清秸、侧深施肥、精密播种、覆土镇压和秸秆全量均匀覆盖等作业环节,解决了麦茬地免耕大豆机械化播种问题。
To test 2BMFJ-3 wheat stubble straw no-tillage precision planter operating conditions in a large area of operation quality, adaptability and reliability and other indicators of its field production test.
