《遗案》是天津法制心理学会、天影厂与中央台合拍的八集电视连续剧,取材于我市半个世纪前的一桩旧案——杀妻分尸,久拖难判。名为《遗案》虽然是指解放后凶手伏法,被害人得以昭雪。然而此案一波三折传闻不断,显而就有了“故事”。如何在今天去表现这个故事,便需要选好角度,推陈出新。笔者于播出前看过该剧,又参加了座谈,很有感触,简言之概括为:故事翻新、人物出新、主旨全新。 先说故事翻新。《遗案》有生动的素材,主要情节源于生活中的李宝晔杀妻分尸于柳条箱内,因此当时即称其为:“箱尸案”。但这部电视剧从一开始就立足于艺术的真实,把一桩移情别恋、为妾杀妻的故事推到剧的后面,展示给观众的不是案情,而是判案出现的复杂。于是角度移至司法上的弊端。可有意思的是:电视剧不
