本研究观察了中药复脉抗衰注射液、硝酸甘油及二者合用对实验性冠状动脉痉挛家兔血中血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))的影响。结果显示:中西药合用组 TXB_2升高、6-K-PGF_(1α)降低的幅度均较复脉抗衰液组、硝酸甘油组小(P 均<0.05),说明二药合用作用增强。
This study was to observe the effects of Chinese herbal compound Fumai anti-aging injection, nitroglycerin, and their combination on blood thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1α) in rabbits with experimental coronary artery disease (6-K- The effect of PGF_(1α)). The results showed that the increase of TXB 2 and 6-K-PGF_ (1α) in the combination of Chinese and Western medicines were lower than those in Fumai Kangfu group and Nitroglycerin group (P<0.05), indicating that the combination of the two drugs was enhanced.
