本文试剖析电大开放教育试点中的若干矛盾,并提出一些调适对策。开放教育所面临的几对矛盾是:规模扩张与力量短缺之矛盾;经济效益与教育规律之矛盾;入学开放与教学过程管理之矛盾;现代化设施与使用质量之矛盾;评价效度与社会认同之矛盾。其中,规模扩张与力量短缺是试点过程中的一对主要矛盾,文章给予了重点剖析。在提出的调适对策中,本文概括了目前开放教育试点中应予以重视的工作:课程资源建设;配套的教师、技术和管理队伍建设;现代化设施的总体规划和建设;从规模效应中寻求资源配置的策略;开放教育的分步实施策略;分析利用多种开放手段策略。提出应加快学分制教学管理制度改革;探索不同学科远程教学规律;培训师生应用信息技术的能力;开拓新的教学评价机制等。
This article tries to analyze some contradictions in the TVU open education pilot and puts forward some adjustment strategies. Several contradictions faced by open education are: the contradiction between the expansion of the scale and the shortage of power; the contradiction between the economic benefits and the law of education; the contradiction between the open enrollment and the teaching process management; the contradiction between the modern facilities and the quality of use; contradiction. Among them, the expansion of the scale and the shortage of power are a pair of major contradictions in the pilot process. The article gives the key analysis. In the adjustment measures proposed, this paper summarizes the work that should be paid more attention to in the current pilot of open education: the construction of curriculum resources; the construction of supporting teachers, technical and management teams; the overall planning and construction of modern facilities; the allocation of resources from the scale effect Strategy; step-by-step implementation of open education strategy; analysis of the use of a variety of open tactics. It is suggested that we should speed up the credit system reform of teaching management system, explore the distance learning disciplines in different disciplines, train the ability of teachers and students to apply information technology, and explore new teaching evaluation mechanisms.
